It`s the monument of heroes built in 1926 on Caraiman Peak in the Carpathian Mountains. There is no way this place can be associated with the city of Bucharest. Big mistake, Mr. "Bogdanos Albos"...

not bucharest...the carpathians...the monument of the heroes...about 100 km north of bucharest (which is the largest city in romania)
