| Very noble monument befitting for a brutal Eastern front where so many gave their lives for Mother Russia along the plains dotted with German Hillforts and trenches covered in concrete barbed wire and sandbags one at a time the Soviet Soldiers of many different ethnicities cracked open and overtook each one in a viscious battle after battle in the worst weather pushing back the German Wermacht and Waffen SS Tank Battalions and Panzer Grenadiers while the Allies bombed Germany and sat on their butts it was the Soviets alone who were fighting the Axis foot by foot !
My Applaud to all the Brave Soldiers Lost in the toughest war in history ! |

| Oh, now I`ve noticed the title of the photo. :)
Kurgan Slavy (Hill of Glory) for sure is the monument in the honour of Soviet troops which fought in WW2. |
